Oliver Playa Apartments are located in an apartment complex on the real beachfront, that is, with a direct and private exit to Las Marinas beach (no roads or walks in between).
This beach is undoubtedly the best in Denia, with fine sand, calm waters, not crowded and surrounded by all services such as restaurants, bakeries, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, even a small children's amusement park, all just a few meters from the apartments and just 3km from the marina and the historic center of the city.
All the apartments are renovated, they are very comfortable and are fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation. Each apartment has its own internet connection.
We have apartments with sea views and garden views, on the ground floor, first, second and third floors. There is no elevator!!
The urbanization has gardens, swimming pool for children and adults and free parking.

In turn, Denia has a unique award in Spain; Denia has been declared a gastronomic city by UNESCO awarded for the large number of excellent restaurants that the city has. With so many kilometers of coastline, the beaches are never crowded (even in August).
